ORDERS:

DELIVERY:

We now offer FREE UK shipping. After placing an order for your game you will receive an email to confirm that we have received your order.

All orders are dispatched on the following day of receipt and shipped via Royal Mail (UK). Usual delivery times are 3-5 working days.

Unfortunately, postal delays beyond our control may occur from time to time, so please allow at least 7 working days before contacting us about missing orders.

International shipping prices and times vary, and are calculated during check-out process.

RETURNS:

If you are not happy with your game, you may cancel your order by notifying us via email (hello@roundcornergames.com) up to 14 days after your order has been delivered. For a full refund, including the standard shipping fee, the product must be returned in a sellable condition and in its original packaging to us at your own expense within 14 days of your notification. We will refund the original debit or credit card used for the purchase once we have received the returned item(s).

PAYMENTS & DATA SECURITY:

Payments can be made with a debit or credit card.

We partner with Stripe to offer a safe and secure payment environment. 

RoundCorner Games Ltd does not hold any credit card information. 

In order to process your order, we retain customer name, email address and delivery address on our systems. Any information collected will be used solely for the purposes expressed at the time they are provided. Information will not be sold, traded or rented, nor shared with third-parties. Please see our Privacy Policy for more details on data use & protection.
